STORE POLICY
 

There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds available. If your item was damaged in transportation, you are eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping cost)or exchange. To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, you must create an unboxing video from scratch that demonstrates the damage, and we will arrange the return pickup. We reserve the right to refuse any refund where the product may not be as described by the consumer. We work hard at Cactusshopindia to ensure that our store policies are fair, clear, and transparent. Cancellations:

​No cancellations are permitted once the order is confirmed. Before placing an order, it is advised to carefully review all photographs, as well as the description and dimensions. You can dm us anytime if any information about the product is unclear. 
 

Shipping / Delivery Time :

Shipping is free for orders above 1500 and for orders below the stated value the usual shipping cost is applicable at the checkout.


☘️Ready to ship orders:

Your order will ship within 2-5 days. In case of any delays, the consumer shall be informed in advance. 


Time for delivery once shipped: 

 Delhi NCR: 2 to 3 days approx
Other states : 3 to 5 days approx


☘️For Resin customized orders ( or made on order items):

The shipping time may vary for each item from 2 to 3 weeks. To avoid any confusion, we mention the delivery time in the description of each product. For orders related to The Moon, where every product is customized according to the consumer, the shipping time may be a maximum of 4 weeks*( in the case of unusual delays) 

* Resin is a chemical that requires optimum temperature and a certain amount of time to be in its perfect condition. As our store is located in Delhi that experiences harsh cold and heat we appreciate your understanding in the case of any delays in handmade orders. We ensure to let the consumer know about the delay through our Instagram stories or direct messages (DMs) only if it extends 3 weeks time frame. 

☘️Please note that currently all the products are prepared by a single person with a lot of precision and care and we appreciate it if you understand that it will take time. We are grateful to have you here. 

 

- Please make sure you enter your correct details at the time of order. If your order gets lost because of incorrect details, there is nothing we can do.
- You can track your order once you get the tracking details via mail or message.


☘️At the time of delivery, if you do not respond to the delivery executive after 3 attempts, your order will be sent back to us, after which you will need to repay the shipping charge for it to be shipped again. No refunds will be entertained. An automated email is sent on the day of the delivery. Please ensure you respond to the delivery executive.
